Last night, as I cuddled with myself in a yellow tent of a hoodie, I told myself that I needed a purpose.
My older sis just got married after months of prep and anticipation and I was feeling purposeless.
Before, No matter where we went or who we were with, the wedding was in the back of our minds, and nights at home were filled with organizing and origami. *Sigh*
The wedding was amAYzing! We had ppl coming from five different states and seven different churches.
I cried throughout the cerimony and danced like a madwoman after.
We let the happy couple depart with a farewell of balloons, and then the afterparty started.  We danced unitl I was limping, and only the hardcore people were left, sweaty and happy. We broke out the techno music and did a cousins posties with my mancuz, nomi, and grac and one last strip the willow.
After the afterparty my cousins came over and we partied like i've never partied before. We made up lamp jokes, sung about cheese and crackers, played sardines at the park and at church, we danced the crap out of The happy accomplishment dance, ate meatsax, talked in different accents, made a giant mess, we did feast upon the orangutangs and the breakfast cereals... and the Lord did grin.
Well, now, three days later, I am eating teriaki chicken and singing ingrid michaelson.
I made the teriaki chicken from scratch. *auplause* YAY BACON.  No recipe. Pretty much I just threw all of the chinese oils and sauces we own into a bowl with raw chicken and daddy cooked it in the wok.
Thats such a great word. Wok! Wok! Wok! *Chuckle*
The rice we served it with was mushy but I forgive you.

Well, I think that mostly i'm just tired.

Wait... I forgot to tell you what I decided my purpose was. The truth is that I have no idea. But at least now that fact doesn't depress me as much as it did.
